Price list- If the location is more than 15 miles from our office in Pomfret Center, there is a fuel charge of at least $25 depending upon the mileage.
1000 gallon $230.00
1250 gallon $287.50
1500 gallon $345.00
2000 gallon $460.00
To locate a tank using the sensor it is $45.00. If we lose the sensor it is an additional $40.00 plus tax.
If there is more than 24” of solids in the tank there will be additional $35.00 fee.
To dig from 1” to 18”: $35.00 per cover: each tank has
two covers
and both must be dug for proper inspection. In the event of snow or frost, the cost to expose the covers is $55.00 per cover.
**If this form states the covers will be dug up and they are not upon arrival, then an additional fee of $50 per cover will be assessed.**
The cost of a residential inspection is $150.00.
All reports will be e-mailed or faxed.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of services unless other arrangements have been made with Hilltop Contractors. Credit cards can be taken over phone prior to work being done. Generally, the buyer pays for the Inspection and the seller pays for the pumping. No reports will be issued until both parties have paid for both pumping and inspection.
